PLEASE make sure to read through all of these conditions before reaching out to commission me. These are NON-NEGOTIABLE unless specified. Please respect my boundaries as an artist and human! Thank you~
general
NO NSFW/GOREI reserve the right to decline/cancel any commissions prior to beginning sketch for any reason, or if client cannot pertain to TOS.Please send in all references, oc, artwork, color palette, etc to help inform my creation process to the best of my ability. It'll speed things up immensely!
pricing
50% of payment is due prior to starting the sketch. The final 50% is due after finished piece is confirmed.
Refunds/cancellations are only available prior to starting, or in special-case scenarios requiring further discussion.My prices are PERSONAL use only; badges are for use on your respective streaming platform, but not for merchandising/redistribution. If you'd like to discuss commercial use, please let me know!
timing
Please allow me 1-8 weeks (dependent on comm type and revisions) to complete your commission. I will be sure to update you on every major milestone of the artwork's creation (ie sketch, lineart, color), and don't hesitate to reach out for updates!
revisions
Up to 2 sketch revisions during sketch process, then 2 minor revisions (color shifts/positioning) after lineart confirmation.
usage rights
I reserve the right to post artwork onto my socials/portfolio.
Client can use elements on streaming platform.
Client MUST credit artist.
Client cannot claim art as own, redistribute, sell, modify, or change the design by any means.
I do not consent to my work being used to train AI.
